I am Imogen Palmer. I absolutely love helping people untie their own knots and have the realisations that Jungian coaching and Sound Yoga invariably bring about!
I have chanted as a practicing Buddhist for 20 years, and worked with many things including meditation, hypnotherapy and plant medicines, and I am a musician. The thread of learning that has run through all of these things for me is that our consciousness, including the unconscious, is extraordinarily powerful whether we like it or not. If we don’t apply ourselves in some way, our life is driven by forces which lie below the surface of awareness. The process of becoming aware of these drivers and living in a more whole and intentional way, described by Jung as Individuation, is vital. In Buddhism it is described as Human Revolution. It is the discovery and integration of the Self. My work is all about supporting this journey.
I trained with Avi Goren-Bar at the School of Jungian Coaching. Avi was a Jungian analyst for many years before deciding that Jungian principles can be applied well in coaching very effectively. His methods are super well thought out and really work. I trained in the healing power of Sound Yoga with Anandra George at Heart of Sound and have also studied with Dr Ananda Balayogi Bhavanani at the Gitananda Ashram in Pondicherry.
Jungian Coaching and Nāda Yoga are two very powerful modalities for us to forge a more meaningful relationship to the Self.
In whatever way we work together, my aim is the same; to help you in your journey to empowerment through greater Self-awareness.
